Dr. Granfone is happy to be back in our warm climate. Our Doctors and staff were able to get to know Dr. Granfone’s calm and professional personality when she pursued an emergency focused rotating internship at the Emergency Animal Clinic in Gilbert/Phoenix in 2014-2015. We’re so fortunate that Dr. Granfone has returned to Arizona and is part of the Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care team!
Dr. Granfone grew up in the Boston area and graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in biology and biotechnology. She attended Ross University on the island of St Kitts and then completed her clinical year at Colorado State University. After graduating veterinary school, Dr. Granfone completed an emergency and critical care residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Granfone is board-certified by the American College of Emergency & Critical Care. Her current interests include snake envenomation, mechanical ventilation, toxicities, canine parvovirus, and sepsis.
