Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center
Why Work With Us?
Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center currently has two, 24-hour emergency and critical care hospitals and one urgent care across the Valley. With locations in Gilbert, Peoria, and Buckeye, led by five Board-certified Emergency & Critical Care Specialists, AVECCC is known as a leader in intensive critical care. Teaching and learning is a central focus at AVECCC and many Veterinarians choose to work here to advance their skills and knowledge while in a supportive environment. AVECCC has life-saving medical equipment such as mechanical ventilation, hi-flow nasal oxygen, and a Prismaflex for renal replacement therapy at both locations. The 28 full-time Emergency Veterinarians and over 100 support staff provide advanced medical care at both of our fast-paced, high-volume emergency hospitals.
Employee Testimonial
"My own reason why is related to my difficulties after being discharged from the Navy. I struggled to adapt and deal with my own mental health until I adopted a little blue heeler that was not fitting in the home that she was in. I found my companion and my fellow misfit. Her unconditional love was my anchor and the start of my 20+ years of animal welfare and me finding my passion in veterinary medicine."
