Dr. Kylle Cahill-Patray
Dr. Kylle Cahill-Patray has loved animals her whole life and wanted to be a veterinarian from a young age. She worked as a technician in a general practice throughout her undergraduate education. During veterinary school, she fell in love with Emergency and Critical Care Medicine and had the opportunity to work as a technician in the ER and ICU at UF. She enjoys the fast pace of emergency medicine and the complexity of case management in an intensive care setting. During all four years of veterinary school, she served as the president for a student-run free clinic which provides free veterinary care to people experiencing low income and disability. In this role, she had the opportunity to serve her community and teach and mentor younger students. Dr. Cahill-Patray's interests in veterinary medicine include Emergency and Critical Care Medicine, Surgery, access to care, and education. She is excited to spend the next year at AVECCC learning as much as possible and becoming the best doctor she can be.
