Our emergency and critical care team at Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center (AVECCC) is designed to serve as an extension of your practice. We want to provide your clients with emergency critical care services when it is deemed necessary. We would be pleased to care for your referred patients.

What to Expect When Transferring Your Patient to AVECCC

Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center, formerly EAC / BluePearl in Gilbert, provides remarkable emergency care for your patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The veterinarians, technicians, and support staff of the emergency services team have extensive training, certification, and experience in emergency and critical care services. We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner, serving your patient’s medical needs when you are not available in emergent situations or when specialized care is needed. Our team looks forward to providing you and your clients with the most advanced medical care when it is needed most.

Sending your patient to us:

We appreciate a phone call from the attending veterinarian prior to transferring your patient so our veterinarian can customize a treatment plan, designed to suit your patient’s and client’s needs. This allows us to have direct communication and input from you prior to your client’s arrival.

What to expect from us:

Admission of your transferring patient will be prioritized in an attempt to minimize his/her wait time in our lobby. Life threatening and critically ill patients who enter our building after your patient may be treated sooner as per the discretion of our attending veterinarians.
